Dr. Buchaly, the english translation of this site is really awful.
I started out with McZahn in Kleve last year, and certainly felt by now, I would have my teeth. I still don't as there has been problems with the survival of McZahn. I have come to the praxis for several occassions for the final fitting, there has been this persistant problem with the bit not being correct and the prothesis has needed to again, and again be sent back to China for a better fitting. When I first came to Kleve, I felt that the persoanl were quite competent. At this point in time, am starting to question that. However my sincerest point of question is not the competence of the local personal, but the competence of the communication with the people doing your work in China.
Understand now that you are no longer under the McZahn name, but now fly under the flag of House Dental. My regards to you in trying to provide good dental care for people well within the reins of health insurance. That is commendable. However, there are things that definitely need to be worked out.
While being in full support of the process you are trying to creat. I am asking you to please pay attention to the competence of the service. So that the services you offer can be delivered to a customer in a way in which he feels more satisfied.
